DNBR.PD.007/03.10.119/2016-17 dated September 01, 2016 for Non-Banking Financial Company –Non-Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Company (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016, as amended from time to time to ensure better service quality and bring in more transparency in the loan process and also to provide effective good practices to be followed by the Company in respect of financial services offered to the customers. The FPC also aims in enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer complaints.
