Sudhangshu is an accomplished Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). He has also completed a program in Strategic Finance from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, Philippines. He has been part of the top management and Boards of various organisations, with cross-functional experience spanning Corporate Strategy, Fund Raising, Fund Planning & Treasury, Accounts & Taxation, MIS & Budget, Secretarial & Board Compliance, and Business Development — with more than 25 years of experience across industries including Consulting, Software, Aviation, Education, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
He serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director in listed and non-listed companies, including NBFCs, and advises various corporates and high-net-worth individuals. He is also a Director in the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (National Apex Chamber) and a Member of the Board of Advisors of the Confederation of Young Leaders (CYL). His earlier roles include Executive Director and Board Member at Omaxe Limited (listed on NSE and BSE) — where he raised more than US$1.1 billion through innovative structures — Vice President-Finance at Zoom Infra-Estates Private Limited, and Group Financial Controller of IMT Group.
